Your body is your primary instrument — whether on the dance floor, at the gym, on the bike, in the mountains or during training. But for it to function freely and efficiently, it needs not only effort but also conscious recovery.
I offer massage therapy for physically active people: athletes, dancers and anyone who wants to keep their body in good working condition.
My work addresses both muscular tension and overuse, as well as deeper recovery after physical effort.
Depending on your needs I may use a combination of techniques including therapeutic massage, sports massage, joint mobilisation, segmental massage, tensegrity-based techniques, and manual lymphatic drainage.
Through precise tissue work, attentive observation and experience, I help clients regain freedom of movement, reduce muscular tension and support the body's natural recovery processes.
Massage is not a luxury — it is part of a conscious and sustainable lifestyle.
About Me
I am a qualified massage therapist, a physiotherapy student and a passionate dancer and instructor of bachata sensual. I also enjoy helping people develop through other forms of movement and physical training.
I approach all of these activities synergistically, applying knowledge from physiotherapy — particularly movement mechanics — to support safe and body-aware development in dance students. When something goes wrong, I am happy to help them regain mobility through advice, massage and taping.

What is the difference between the various types of massage?
Therapeutic massage, sports massage and manual lymphatic drainage are medical treatments that may only be performed by qualified healthcare professionals holding an active professional licence. I hold such qualifications.
These treatments are used as part of patient therapy and are preceded by a detailed medical consultation. They may, but do not necessarily have to, be carried out based on a referral from a doctor or physiotherapist. Their purpose is to address a specific condition or functional problem experienced by the patient.
Sports massage differs from classical therapeutic massage mainly in the intensity and depth of work applied to the tissues. It also includes additional techniques that allow for deeper treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
Manual lymphatic drainage is a very gentle therapeutic technique designed to improve lymph circulation and reduce swelling caused by lymphatic congestion.
Relaxation massage, by contrast, is a non-medical wellness treatment whose goal is to relax the body and mind and improve overall wellbeing.
Which massage will be the best for me?
If you have a referral from a doctor or physiotherapist, we will follow their recommendations. If you do not have one and are unsure which treatment to choose, feel free to contact me beforehand — we can discuss your needs and expectations.
Alternatively, you may simply choose any session based on its duration. We can discuss everything in person and decide together which treatment will be most appropriate.
As a qualified massage therapist I cannot provide a medical diagnosis. However, I can perform a functional assessment — evaluating muscle tension, joint mobility and tissue condition through palpation — and choose the most suitable massage technique based on that assessment. I will also explain the indications and, importantly, the contraindications.
What does mobile massage mean?
Mobile massage means that the treatment takes place at your location — at home or at another address you specify. I bring my own professional massage table and all necessary equipment.
Why is relaxation massage more expensive than therapeutic massage?
Therapeutic massage performed as part of patient treatment is exempt from VAT under Polish tax regulations. Relaxation massage, however, is classified as a wellness service and therefore subject to the standard VAT rate of 23%.
